MASTER SCUBA DIVER

The PADI Master Scuba Diver rating is an option for divers who wish to achieve an elite level of diving proficiency, but who may not want to follow a professional dive career path. Fewer then 2% of PADI divers achieve the Master Scuba Diver rating, which is earned through both significant dive experience and by completing advanced scuba training.

Any diver who is at least 12 years old can earn a Master Scuba Diver certification. Your journey begins by earning a PADI Open Water Diver certification, followed by Advanced Open Water and Rescue Diver (or qualifying certifications). You also need to earn five PADI Specialty Diver certifications and log a minimum of 50 dives.
