Mexican & French Canadian, born in The Enchanted Forrest, Marutzia, who found scuba diving as the perfect solution to dodge harsh Canadian winters, but ended up loving the underwater world so much that decided to make Baja her home base for now. 

Marutzia has been diving professionally around the Baja area for almost 5 years now, passionate about scuba diving, mentorship guidance for divemasters in training, and underwater photography. Her industrial design background makes her focus on details and applies this knowledge to develop all areas involved to provide a better experience for our divers. 

Minimalism, pragmatism, simplicity and healthy life balance as her modus operandi she still finds the time to do some freelance design & festival photography projects.
